New a arm bushings

My PST bushings came in the mail yesterday, but I have a few installation questions before I get to work.
1.Do the bushings come greased (between shell and inner sleeve)?
2. If they don't, any tips on getting them apart?
3.Is there a good way to get the old bushing shells out of the control arm?
Thanks in advance for the help. Those bushings are the last thing holding me back from reassembling the front end.

Ive read that the PST LCA bushings are nothing more than Energy Suspension's stuff. If theyre the black one's then josh is right, those would be polygraphite impregnated bushings. Theyre supposed to "self-lube," but there has been a variety of results with them and whether or not they squeak. Lubing them generously before installation would probably minimize any possibility of squeaks. I would suggest taking them somewhere to get pressed in/out. I went to NAPA as Ive heard in can be a PITA on ur own. I got charged $60 for all four(fair?). Being the genius that I am, I didnt prelube them before taking them in to get pressed , so Ive got my fingers crossed, hoping for no squeaks. My mistake, ur gain...heres a thread on how to take them apart and lube them https://www.thirdgen.org/techbb2/sho...ca+and+bushing Good luck, Efrain.

Thanks for the help! When I get some time (Sunday?) I'll wrestle with them, and tell you how it goes.

just finished up the bushings. I used a punch to tap the inner sleeves out (came out easily). Pushed the bushings out of the shells using the ball joint press and some home brew fittings (a short section of pipe and a socket. It all went remarkably smoothly. I greased them up and pressed them back in. Once the a arm was installed, they squeaked a bit, but it seems that rotating the arm up and down for a while makes them stop. We'll see if they stay quiet... On to installing springs!

One last thing. Chiltons says to torque the a arm bolts while the a arm is in normal ride position. Easy enough, and sort of makes sense, but why does it actually matter?
