A quick ? about 89-up PBR calipers

Will a 15 in rim fit over the rear PBR brakes?I want to get some cheap rims for snow tires.

What about 4th-gen V6 Camaro steel rims they are 16in by 7-7.5 wide I cant find the offset/backspacing of them does anybody know?

They will not fit on a 3rd gen car with a 3rd gen rear. Whatever the actual offset numbers are, the 4th gen rims have about 1.75" less positive offset than 3rd gen ones, so the tires will be tucked in too far by that much on each side. They'll hit everything.

You could use spacers, but why bother spending all that money just so you can use a bunch of cheesy-looking non-performance stock steel wheels that everybody throws away whenever they can because they're so ugly and only fit grocery-cart tires. About the only thing those would be good for is snow tires; and you can get other equally ugly perfectly good wheels for that, that won't require expensive spacers.
