Jamex spring question......
Jamex spring question......
A local guy is selling a set of never installed Jamex springs for $235 Canadian. Is this a good deal? I was going to get the Intrax springs, but for the price, these seem better. Hopefully the drop will be roughly the same. I'm hoping for at least 1.5"
Oh yeah.....the part # is JAM8292FBOD......I'll presume they are the right ones

IIRC, I paid $147 + sales tax and shipping here in So. Cal. for my Jamex springs. As for the drop, they will definitely drop the car 1.5".
Thanks...that's all I needed to know.
Hotchkiss, Intrax and Eibach are all slightly above/below $200 US, but I have seen cheap springs on Ebay for like $90. Just wondering were they fell in that price range.
I guess it's a good deal then $235 CDN.

I bought my Jamex springs from BMR when they were discontinued for $99+ shipping back in 2000.

I put them in today. Was rather easy. Didn't even need my spring compressor.
Considering the coils I pulled out were like new (no sagging), the sucker sure did drop alot.....and that's a good thing
