Subframe and pinch weld damage

My 91 RS has been damaged by the previous owners jacking it up anywhere they felt. The subframe near the tranny crossmember has been dented in at spots and the pinch weld has been bent out of shape at places.

How serious is this?

my underside of my 88 formula 350 i had was horrible, looks like they held the car up with poles or something, anyway my car was fine and body still straight, just dents in every jacking point know to man on it.

My car was the same way, it was a pain in the *** for the body shop to get it on the frame straigtener when I got into an accident tho, thats the only thing I think they are good for once the car has left the assembly plant.
