Tires for 16x 9.5 rims

Tires for 16x 9.5 rims
does anyone make a tire to fit a rim that is a 16x9.5 , i have 245 50 16 and want a wider taller tire, and i was thinking about having my rear rims widened.

I run Kumho V710's when I Autocross ( not street legal ), 265\45 x 16 and they fit nicely on my 16 x 9.5" rims.
