autozone carries gabriel shocks and struts....and they have the sport rider type....i was wondering if any of you have tired these and liked them....because they come with a warranty so i figured that might b a good way to go.....i mean will they actually be sporty feeling or will it just b like a stock shock/strut again?

I have them on my 90 formula... they were cheap. Nothing else to say about them. I would go KYBs if I had to go with shocks/struts on a budget again.

 

if your on a budget or want a little better handling then stock setup go with the kyb's

 

i hated the kyb as much as the gabriels however before i had my bilsteins i didn't know what the car was suppose to handle like. for the price you most certainly can't go wrong until you can afford better or change your mind on the car entirely.

i've had gabriel, monroe, kyb, koni and bilstein and bilstein hands down was worth every penny. koni wasn't too bad but the rest were pretty poor in comparison.
