What springs with my weight jack setup

I'm trying to decide what length and rate springs to get. I know now that I should have picked them first and then the shocks/struts but....live and learn!

-I have Ground Control's weld-in style weight jacks in the front and back.
-Tokico Illumina 5-way adjustable shocks/struts (couldn't afford koni double adjustables fr&rr)
-Spohn adjustable race LCA's and GC adj. race PHR
-Alston/TDS SFC's and Spohn SFC's
-Spohn LCA relocation brackets
-Global West T56 4th gen TracLink torque arm mounted to custom T56 crossmember
-And as soon a Steve Spohn gets it done, I'll have a moly Front crossmember and A-Arms w/del-a-lum bushings and finally be able to mount my 4th gen steering rack and bump steer kit.
-200 to 300 lbs weight reduction
-I also plan on getting some form of strut mount/caster camber plate deal
-I have 34 and 36mm hollow front swaybars...I'm undecided on which one to try first.
-I'm gonna run a 21mm rear bar if I can ever trade one of my 24mm bars, or I may go as low as a 19mm.

Mainly it's a street car, but I'm planning on getting into autoX some and would like to be fairly competitive in the beginner/novice classes.
As for drag racing...only on the street.
I want to make the car as well balanced as possible, hence the adjustable everything. What would be good front and rear rates?

I'd like to be able to adjust it from 2" lowered to about an inch above stock so I can easily get a jack under the SFC's, so what length would I need?

Also, if you recommend a spring; does it come bare or powdercoated and if so, what color?

I'd recommend a 650-700/150 front/rear rate but I cannot suggest what lengths as I have no experience with GC's weld-in kit. Going higher than those rates and I think the Illuminas might start to have some trouble controlling the car properly(need to be careful when matching spring rates and dampers).

For sway bars I'd run the 36 if you can't find a 19 and plan on running the 24 or 21.

With any of the LCA's, SFC's, TA, Cross member, rack steering/bumpsteer kit, delalum bushings you're going to end up in anything but beginner/novice classes. R-compound tires alone will give you twice the performance of all those mods together. If you want to race for points read up on the classing for where you will be running before you decide on which mods you'll be putting on the car.

I ordered my kit through strano performance last week after getting a recommendation form slow305. I would recommend giving them a call 1-800-729-1831 they were extremely helpful. I have the spohn lower control arms, relocation brackets, pan hard bar, alston sfc's, and tokico illumina 5-ways and I went with a 700 front and 150 rear. However, I ordered the none weld-in kit and was told by Sam Jr. at strano that the kit will come with the appropriate length springs to get that much adjustment. RegaPlanet is right about not going with a higher spring rate, and that the tokicos will not be able to handle them. Sam also recommended that the 21mm rear bar would probably be a good match with a hollow 36mm front, especially since I am using poly bushings in the rear. Hope this helps and good luck.

I spoke to Sam Strano Jr. and he said that 650# front and 150# rear would be a good combo with what I have. He said that with my rod ends on my LCA's and PHR that I can get away with a bigger rear bar and should start with the 24mm bar that I have and then I could drop down to a 21mm if necessary but it would be better to start high.
Tony @ Ground Control recommended the same rates. He said that for the adjustment range I'm looking for a 5.5"x9.5" length spring is what I want in the front and a 5.5"x9" pigtail spring in rear.

I also, spoke to him about their caster/camber kit they sell and I might go with it afterall.

The springs have been ordered.
