vibration Question

I have a vibration in my car after installing my Spohn torque arm with cross member for the 700R4. I have the ES mount and took the plate out the vibration is still there. unbolted the converter and it's in the engine i think somewhere. could it be hitting the tranny wall?? it's RPM related. fleax plate is the right one for the motor and it's a 350 late model 90's not a LT1 or LS1 just a plain 350. what do you guys think. The motor tranny and everything else is new/rebuilt.

What kind of revs does it happen at? Did you have the whole rotating assembly balanced? We need more info.

from 1500 all the way through. no it wasn't balanced. we are going to try and put a fluid dampr on it and see what happens. what else do you need.

Check the alignment of the crossmember. If it is only a tiny bit off of where it needs to be, it can make some nasty vibrations. I am still int he process of hunting down all my vibrating problems, but I am getting there.

Did you have the drive shaft off? If you did was it reinstalled the same way? 180 off and you'll usually get vibrations.

how do you know where it's supposed to be?? i did what the instruction said leave all bolt loose then start tightening them up?? thanks for the input.

It's not the drive shaft. It does it when the car is in park and when the fly wheel was disconnected.
