adjusting lakewood traction action lift bars

Engine: just put in 305 building a 406 ci
Transmission: 700 R-4
adjusting lakewood traction action lift bars

today i installed the lakewood "tractoin actin lift bars", but i dont know how to adjust them. do i adjust them up to where the car starts to go up or do i go down where the car sits and dose it matter up or down?

Axle/Gears: ones that turn.
Didn't they come with instructions?
I believe you should set them by measuring the pinion angle and adjusting accordingly.

the instructions are hard to follow ive read them over and over and this is what they say.

"with vehicle on level surface load controle strut links should be adjusted so that front ball rod end mount has no load on it. Adjust load controle striut to eather shorten or lengthen in order to aline mounting holes so that bot can be instaled or removed with out any bind."

any idea what they mean? Thanks
