Reman Loaded PBR's
Do these come complete with bleeder screws, rubbers caps for parking brake and bleeder screws, parking brake lever, etc, or will I need to swap these things from the old calipers?

I'd talk to Mongoose on this one, but as I understand it, the "Loaded" calipers will be ready to bolt on with everything.

I looked at them when I was doing some price shopping at Advanced Auto's website and the pic showed them with everything except the bracket the e-brake cable go's thru.

I used them on my rear disc conversion. They came ready to bolt on with everything but the banjo bolt. I had to remove the dampener and bolt though to clear my LCA relocation brackets.

Seems that the 4th gen PBRs with the dampeners will cause some interference on our cars. For 3rd gens, especially those with relo brackets, I suggest removing the dampener. It's not an issue on the 4th gens due to the added length of the axle tubes.
