Check your ball joints, tie rods, front springs, and all around the steering box for cracks. I'm sure that ther is something I'm leaving out, but you can do a search to find lots of info about this very problem.

Adjust the tabs on the pads as described in the thread above. The tabs do slightly loosen over time, and create a clicking noise under low speed braking. Its caused by the pad moving in the caliper.

try this one it has yet to fail me,put the car on a lift get an impact and tighten the front subframe bolts the noise you hear will be gone........
