BBB helping/handbrake, seat belt recall

Hi, The national Better Business Bureau just sent me a copy of my online compalaint form, and a booklet on how they can help and procedures. They said that most of complaints are taken care of once they notify manufacture, and if not they can then take it to ARBITRATION, at no cost to consumers. They say that most cases are resolved without lawyers, and completed within 40 days. Will keep you posted as to outcome.
If any of you have the problem I have had where GM refuses to do the campaigns because car is too old,and it is obvious that the work was never done, You might want to go to the BBB web site and file a complaint, it may just help us all. The more the better.
