i am getting tires on my 87 iroc 350. i have 17x8 inch iroc wheels. i am wanting a tire that is at least as wide as stock. we are looking for about the same height as stock too without clearance problems. what would go with??

245/45/17 brand will vary a bit on size though so you might want to check specs if your really picky. if you have bad roads or your letting a woman drive you might want to go with 255/45/17. it's a slightly taller sidewall giving a bit of a bulge for those road shoulder and curb rashes that can sneak up on you. bending a rim isn't fun.
