Getting rims and tires, need help!

Hey guys, I have a 92 Z28 and plan on getting 17x9.5 rear, and 17x8 in the front. I'm going w/ the American Racing Torque Thrust II's. I need to know all the info I would need for purchasing the rims such as backspacing, and anyhting else. I'll run the usuall 275-40-17 in the rear what would i wany to use in the front so they look like the same size? Low firewall, wide tire, no rub! Please help guys, Ive done some research and It's a big headache, "skulte adator faq"? Hoping you can help, check me out @ http://members.cardomain.com/maximusZ

245/45/17 for the front if you want to match spec.

just use a tire calculator to find tire size....here is one to help you get started.

as far as the backspacing everyone is different but i'd ask crazy hawaiian what his boyds are set. i think he's running the same size as your asking which would give you a good visual as well.

Back spacing for the 17x9.5 should be 5.25 to 5.5"
for the 17x8 should be around 4 or 4.5"

do your homework and measure it out yourself otherwise you'll wind up with something you may not be happy with.

i'm running 8 with 4.5 up front
