PBRs, E-brake and Free Travel Adjust
I preparing my swap to PBR's. Does it make any difference whether the e-brake is adjusted before the Free Travel adjustment or vice versa--and what the heck does Free Travel do?
Any time-saving hints on the swap would be much appreciated.

Free travel adjusts the angle at which the pads make contact with the face of the rotor and is done with the TINY Allen set screw in the caliper. The e-brake adjustment (in the tranny tunnel on my Iroc) adjusts how far up the handle inside the car will come up. My '91 RS does not have this adjustment in the tunnel, it's set by the GM design.
