Is this a quick-ratio steering gear?

Take a look at the picture. I can't put my hands on it, but it is from a 1987 GTA. From what I have read, all of these had the quick-ratio steering. Can anyone second that? Looking at this, do you see anything that might disqualify it physically from being a quick-ratio box?

Opinions are welcome. Tell me what your thoughts are.
