17 X 9s and Hooker 2055s what springs?
I've heard that the problem with the headers is bottoming out. My car currently has 15s and I can barely get my jack under the car to raise it. The plan calls for 17 inch wheels. What springs do I get to put the car at a normal ride height with those wheels? I am not aggressively looking to lower the car. We have enough dips that I would rather it sit normal than special.
It would be nice to be a bit stiffer though...

First off, I think it will be hard to bottom out with the 2055s. If you want some stiffer springs to go with the larger rims, I would go with Eibach's pro-kit. But I would also recomend going with a good set of shocks if you want to go that rout.

Well, I don't really have a problem with the headers bottoming out and have the one inch drop Eibach Pro-Kit and 17" wheels. Speed bumps are a whole other story
I think u might find out that your car is actually lowered now, due to sagging springs so it wont go much lower. For stock spring replacements, search this forum, there are plenty of brands to choose from.
Good luck,
