Tires, LCA lowering brackets, LCAs, torque arm, SFCs, springs, shocks, sway bars.... not necessarily in that order

I'd also suggest new poly bushings all around if it's still a street car.

What type of tires should I use. Should I go up to a 17" tire or should I stay with a 15" ET street tire

It doesn't really matter. Many people on here have 17in rims, as do I, but tires do get more expensive. 15in rims will be lighter and have less unsprung weight. But most tires should be available in both sizes depending on width.

If you can find the tires I have in my sig i highly recomend those. They are becoming kind of hard to find, but if you can find them, then it is well worth it.

The 15s will also have more sidewall than the 17s, which will help too
