anyone running one with an ss hood? had to clearance out the hood at the brackets. just for future reference if anyone is considering it.

 

Just to let people know that i put on a BMR STB and it fit fine with no modifaction with my SS hood.

 

do you have a picture of the brackets. the brackets are tall to allow alot of motor clearance. this isn't needed in my situation but without it the bar would not clear the tpi and because of it the brackets hit the hood. however alot of things could come into play as my hood is really low as well so??
