I ordered all thge parts, but I am still left with one question: "Will the hard brake lines thread into the new calipers or will I need to get the lines from a 98+ F-Body?" If I reuse the existing brake lines, can I bend them to where they will fit with my hands or will I need a special tool or something?

P.S.: This swap is going on a 87 IROC with the 4 wheel disc brake option.

i dont know what year they switched from sae double flare to metric bubble, but if you have the metric bubble you can just bend them around to fit

Your '87 disc rear uses lines for a leading/trailing caliper setup. The LS1s obviously have a trailing/trailing setup, meaning one side (passenger side) brake line will need to be either swapped fo rthe right one or bent around to fit. I'd just replace it with one from one of the aftermarket suppliers (Fine Lines, Inline Tube, etc. ) with one for a '89-92 disc rear car. Those lines are $30 a set and fit nice, I have a set from Fine Lines.

Neither line will "screw into the caliper" like the one on your old setup did, both will connect using flex lines from the end of the hard line to the caliper, like on the '89-02s do. SO, you'll also need a set of rear flex lines to make them fit.

All lines from '83-up are the metric bubble flare so there's no issue there. They switched in '82 sometime.

I bought a new hard line off the internet (forgot the site) for 89-92 cars, then you'll have to bend it slightly outward so you'll have enough line to connect to the rubber line off the caliper as the 4th gen rear is about 2" longer off either axle. Works great.
