doing a spring swap since my rear is off (had to do a Fuel Pump Swap) so i get my springs off and at the top of the springs theres this big ol hunk of rubber...

i previously bought spring isolators for the bottom but its no where near the size of this huge thing that sits on top.. what the hell are these things... can i buy new ones?

 

Bottom? No isolator there. You might do a search because it seems to me that while you can still buy from GM, the part is slightly different and makes the car sit higher. I recently dropped my rear for a brake up-grade. While I was in there, I cleaned and POR-15ed everything to include the metal portion of the isolator(s). Works fine. By the way, I learned when I was doing the fronts to secure the isolator to the spring with tape. Makes install much less frustrating.

lol well i put the isolators on the bottom too... no biggie i bought 2 boxes...
