rear end, turns 1 to 0.75 WTF!!!

that's right, drive shaft spins 1 turn and the tire turns 0.75 times not even around, this seems impossibly or something's really wrong.... there was 3 of us out there trying different things, P - both tires spin and lock up and the drive shaft goes no where, N -
drive shaft spins 1 turn and the tire turns 0.75 times not even around both one tire locks up on the pass side, D - drive shaft spins 1 turn and the tire turns 0.75 times not even around. one tire locks up on the pass side ... this is an auto car, im really confused, also when i pulled it out it i left 2 tire marks not in a roll
but like this---> ( ___ ---- -_-_-_- )
im really confused, im going to pull the cover some time, just wanna hear what you guys think

if ur trying to get a gear ratio, ur supposed to turn the tires 1 turn and count how many times the driveshaft spins, not the other way around.

in an auto car ud need to have it in neutral. if its not a posi rear, the tires are just going to spin opposite directions.

You have an open rear based on your "skid pad" diagnosis. Even a peg leg can get both tires to spin if enough momentum is built up.

What's to be confused about?

Looks like pretty typical results to me. None of what you did is reliable enough to use for anything serious. You just demonstrated why. Actually, I'd be more surprised if you posted that you had actually obtained any useful information at all from any of that.

Take off the cover and look. All else is a waste of time and energy.
