Strange(to me at least) tire rubbing dilema?!

In the past month or so, my front tires started to touch the wheel wells while I'm turning. The inside part of the tire, half way up from the middle, is rubbing on inner part of the wheel well.
The weird part is that I've had these front tires(245/50/16) on for a couple of years now.
The only thing I can think of is that my Eibach springs settled. I had them for about 6 month or so. I didn't get the "more lowering" Sportline set but the Pro Kit. Am I correct in my assumption?
Some help would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance
Mike.

Check the front of your suspension. Look at the ball joints, tie rods ect.. I have taller and wider tires than you with the sportlines and I have zero rubbing.

As far as I know my front end checks out. I had the car on the lift recently and everything is in top shape. I've had a wheel alingment in Feb or March, I forget. My car got side-swiped this past winter, while parked, and since I had my wheels turned towards the curb, I got hit in the drivers side tire and it bent the spindle. My front end work turned out to be more scratch than the body work. After all the work the car ran fine. So what I'm trying to say is that my front end HAS been looked at very recently.
I'm gonna go over it again of course, I guess. It's just strange that it would happen all of a sudden.
I also recently replaced my rear end. Moser 12 bolt. The rubbing started soon after. I very much doubt a rear swap could cause this.
Any other sugestions?

Couple of variables that cause this, but don't worry about it- its very common and only occurs under full lock low speed turns (like pulling into parking spaces)

Its attributed to the steering box ratio, and also the control arm turn stops can vary a little between cars (manufacturing tolerance differences). It is always present in a that came with factory 15's and the larger wheels are added. The 15's where narrower and had a tighter turning radius than the 16" rim factory cars (mostly, but not always.

Again, nothing wrong- tire pressure can even cause it to hit or not based on the tire manufacturer choice. Some tires are wider than others even if they are both "245/50-16's"

My tires rub in my 91 V6. It came with the narrow stock 15's, but now it has 245/60-15's. If I changed the steering box that would fix the problem?
