How many ponies can the stock style suspension hold? I`ve been trying to get some decent bite on the street with this car and everything that everyone has for traction is on there...tubular rear control arms, spohn T/A dialed in on -3 degrees pinion angle..lower control arm relocators on the bottom hole, comp engineering adjustable shocks set to 50/50, tubular panhard bar, drag radials set to 16 psi. Before all of the parts were put on, I got ALOT of squat in the rear and a good amount of rise in the front that produced a 1.69 60 two years ago, now it`s lifting the rear or staying level and the front does not come up as much as it use to, I can raise the coil overs sky high and then it seems to get on the tires a bit better but still doesn`t seem to dig as much as it used to with everything stock. If I get on the pedal only 1/2 it seems to lift ~n~ go but if I give it anymore than that, it loses traction and it`s shut down time right now the car wieghs 3850 with a half tank has a 4.10 running gear 26 inch tires, 10.25 to 1 compression and .670 lift with 254 dur @ .050...9 inch 3,000 soft non lock up 700r4

move LCAs up a hole, i go with -4 pinion angle and put some drag struts up front 70/30 or 90/10....the 90/10 really made my front end "pop" up much more. remove front sway bar and the front will jump more as well.

Update...I went ahead and dropped my pinion angle to -6 and now it`s really lifiting the car, even if I just give it a little gas with the brake on the rear climbs up a few inches! Now it`s really nice to lay into that big block and actually hear it acelerating instaed of going up in smoke. I can`t wait to get to the track to see what kinda short times the animal will lay down now....hoping to see some low 1.5 60`s maybe some REalllY low 11`s too

very nice. i'm assuming that under hard acceleration your pinion angle is probably changing as torque is applied, but i am sure that this will help a lot. hopefully under normal driving vibrations won't be too apparent. good luck on those 11s.
