Baer Tracks or 1LE
this should be a fun post . . .
So, I've done my homework -- saved up my pennies
All ready to write the check . . . but to whom ?
Im leaning toward Spohn and the 1LE's -- not only has every suspension part I've purchased (well, with the exception of my herb adams sway bar) been from Spohn. . .but I also dig the idea of being able to go back to my 16" formy wheels if I need to.
+ he is a sponsor of this great board
However, the Baer Trak kit is VERY attractive for a few hundred more.
LS1 and C5 kits are nice but a little over my head -- im still programming the tune for my 355, and another 'project' is not what I want nor need.
Heres my deal.
I like going fast
I dont autoX, or road race
I hate my stock brakes
I dont like fussing over small inconveniences -- I've got a good paying job, and I'd rather pay the extra money to get a complete 'bolt-on kit' and spend the weekend driving around instead of on the swap.
and lastly -- if you're out there -- ya know, the guy who can put together a set of C5 brakes with custom brackets and spindle mods (I have an extra set of spindles to work with) and want to make some extra money . . . you are an option also. PM me. I'd like to spend no more than 1100 complete.

Get the 1LEs if you want to be able to use the stock rims. If thats not really important, then the 13" Baers.
