brake fluid recomendations for 1LE

Im planing on bleeding the brakes this weekend & would like some opinions on the best brand of fluid to use. Its a 1LE system with braded lines if it makes any diffrence.

I just swapped on a 4th gen rear with the LS1 brakes so I need to bleed the system anyways. Not only that, but my brake fluid is black as ink, and I want to replace my front calipers and master cylinder anyways, so I also need to know what kind of fluid to use.

I would assume some sort of synthetic. What's the average cost of synthetic brake fluid per bottle, and what kind of capacity do these brake systems have?

And another thing... how many quarts do we need to fill the whole system & get rid of the old fluid?

Valvoline syntec brake fluid worked great for me.I actuallt felt a slight difference(firmer) in pedal feel.

Im going to use Silicone fluid mainly cause its got a clean clear look and doesnt affect paint. Also a 550 degree boiling point would be best for the seals also IMO.
