pst or energy which of these is better and any good/bad things about them would be nice to know as well.

Spohn I believe uses them in all his suspension pieces, as well as sells them. So does Thunder Racing as mentioned above, Summit, BMR, etc. They have a great reputation, the least fitment problems or complaints I have seen, and the design is superior IMO as well.

ok so whats the differance between Polygraphite and Polyurethane ? and what about DEL-A-LUM any one ever use those ???

i have always used polygraphite, because they don't squeek, and they don't require lubrication to avoid squeeks. i don't think any of them are bad, but squeeky bushings make the car sound like an old jalopy. The delalum are a machined alluminum bushing with a thin plastic liner to absorb noise and vibration. i have never userd them but i understand they transmit alot of road noise and vibration, however from what i understand they do work well and have a lifetime warrantee.
