Wheel sits too far back in wheel well and new ZR1s dont fit

as it says above. the problem is on the passenger side and even when the wheels are pointed straight it seems the pass. side tire sits farther back in the wheel well. and I test fitted my zr1s 17x9.5 38mm offset with 2" adapters. tire size is 245-45-17. the ones in back fit great at 285-40-17. I got smaller ones on the front so they would fit and they still dont anyone know what would cause this problem?? k-member?? a-arm bushing? bent a-arm?? bent frame?? or something else??

I just put it up on some stands and looked at it from underneath and measured some things. I looked at the a-arm bushings and they are shotski. and the driverside almost cleared the back but was real close to hitting the front. does this sound like bushings? car was in a slight front accident before I bought it but there is no frame damage that I can see.
