I need tires

I have a set of Y2K C5 wheels. They are 18x9.5 Now I need some tires. I think I want 245/40-18's for the front and either 275/40-18 or 275/35-18 for the rear. What do you guys think I should get considering which is the better fitting profile and considering which sidewall will best fit the wheel. Thanks for your opinions and any pics will help me be able to pick what I want.

275/35R18 will retain your stock speedometer calibrations.

245/40R18 is good for the front as well.

On my 17"x9" 10spoke SS rims (wanna trade me for those Y2k's? ), I'm going to run 275/40R17 nitto 555RIIs in the back and some other tire in 245/40R17 in the front..probably nitto 555s or something. Don't know yet.
