Yes they will fit. Just be sure that you mount fronts on the front and rears on the rear. They are marked inside. Also there is a small spacer roughly .125" thick used for the rear brakes if you have drums.

Doesnt that push the rears more toward the fender?

The spacers were used for steel drum equipped cars. Check this post as to why. The stock 16" aluminum rims (GTA, IROC & Z28) have a 0 mm offset on the front and a 16 mm offset on the rear. This is to compensate for the wider width of the rear. It effectively pushes the rear tires in by 16 mm (roughly 5/8" per side). This is why you can't rotate the tires/rims front to rear. Well, actually there is more to it than that. Rear offset rims on the front will contact the front suspension and you can't drive the car (the tire shops screw mine up all the time even when I've warned them of front and rear offsets and in my case tire directional rotation). Some people use front rims on all 4 corners so they can rotate the tires and rims front to rear, but that WOULD push the tires and rims out 16 mm on the rear.
Check out Classic Industries. They sell a set of 4 new black GTA style rims for $695, (not including new center caps).
