sub frame connectors

hi my question is weld in or bolt on? i already have the bolt ons, but not installed. i only want to do the job once, so i want to do it right.also what brands do u suggest? thanks chuck

Weld them in. I have the Spohn tube type and they do a great job.

You can always weld in the bolt ons... Would save you $200.
