I am looking into getting a tubular k-mamber for weight, strength, and an Ls1. I have mainly looked at Hawk, are there any better brands to go with orprice differences between shops?
When I checked out the hawk website

it gives an option for "Add power rack & pinion mount" what is this for? is it important or is it something to add on later, and if it is then can the mount be added without getting in the way of other things until the upgrade is added? any help?

If I were you, I would wait for Spohn's version which should be coming out this summer. It is supposed to be beefier than the other brands and it should be around the same price. I've heard of guys breaking their pa k-members with daily driver cars. I guess Spohn's version is supposed to be beefier for daily drivers.
