For the front Moroso trick springs, rate will depend on engine you decide to use. I had great luck with those and using the 90/10 Lakewood struts up front.
Out back I've just got factory rear coils, but added Lakewood 50/50 shocks, a better upgrade for shocks would be the QA! Stocker Start AL shock since you can control the dampening.
Out back also consider installed at minimum air bags so you can control body roll-ie try to eliminate it. Or step upto a good anti-roll bar, not a sway bar.

Coil overs would give you alot more ability to really fine tune suspension adjustments. Depending on your budget factory rear springs with plain jaane 50/50 like I'm running seem to work just fine, consistent 60's likeI have mine set-up so I have no complaint. But if your a guy that just must have the best and all the bells and whistles the aftermarket has to offer switching everything over the coilover set-up would be the way to go.
For clarity sake the QA1 Stocker Star shocks are shock only, they are not a coil over set up, all they do is replace the factory shocks, and a few guys I've read that run them say they are great. I did the budget thing, basically got new struts/srpings up front and new rear shocks for the same price as the QA1 alone would've cost. Again, everything seems to be working great for me.

front:moroso bb trick springs and lakewood 90/10 struts,no sway bar.everything else is tock but i would like to buy a tubular crossmember and a-arms .
rear:southside lift bars, lakewood panhard bar, stock springs, air bags in both to stiffen up the spring when neded and QA1 stocker star shocks which was the best investment i made.
1.37 60ft with a glide,3450lbs.
