Anyone have these wheels?

I know someone has these wheels, I don't know what they're called, RS wheels maybe? Somebody probably knows. Anyway, I was wondering if anybody else had these wheels and if they cleaned them up, how they did it, and how it came out. Can you polish them? My buddy suggested sanding his so they are smooth and then polishing them w/some aluminum polish but I don't know if it would work.
