torque specs for prothane bushings/endlinks

I was just curious:

What are the recommended torque specs for tightening the endlinks to the body of the car. Also, what are the recommended torque specs for bolting the sway bar bushing brackets to either the rear or the body in the front. thanks.

Sway bar mount bracket bolts: 37 ft-lbs (50 Nm), End links: 16 ft-lbs (22 Nm). What, the instructions with those kits didn't supply the torque specs? Mine do.

by the way, the 4 washers that came with my 36 mm greaseable front sway bar bushings...do they just go on the outside of the bracket when I got to bolt em down, well up in this case.
