rear springs...

hey, so i just put an 89 rear end in my 85 trans am, it hangs down and is twisted so the springs don't sit tight... I can still pull them in and out. this is when the car is jacked up... it doesn't have the torque arm or drive line attached because the engine and tranny aren't in it. Is that all that is going to hold it in position or am i missing something? i only ask cuz i don't remember the springs sitting like that when i took it out, but i sure hope i'm mistaken.
thanks

It will be fine once you get everything bolted back in just dont torque the lca and panhard bar bolts till the suspension is loaded.
