4th gen spindles/hubs?

Will these be a direct fit for our cars? Or will the rack and pinion steering, or the coil-overs in the front make this not plausable?

I'm looking to get a 4th gen rear for the better gears, posi, and the bolt pattern on the wheels (since all the wheels I really like in my price range are for that bolt pattern)... and would like to get the same up front so I dont have to run adapters (I just feel they're unsafe, and more of a hassle than they're worth)

spacers are unsafe.. yet a 99 spindle on a thirdgen seems safer to you

there is no way in hell you will make a 4th gen spindle work on a 3rd gen unless you swap in the whole front end

That's why I'm asking... seeing why no one has done it. Thanks for the info atleast.
