LETS TRY THIS AGAIN, WITHOUT THE MOTOR IN ON MY 86 T/A THERE IS ASLOTTED PLACE ON THE FRAME ON BOTH SIDES
OF THE TRANSMISSION BELL HOUSING LOOKS LIKE BETWEEN THE OIL PAN AND AND TRANNY. iS THERE SOMETHIG LIKE A SUSPENSION ROD THAT IS SUPPOSED TO BE THERE

There are no suspension or support braces that go in the area I think you are describing. At least, not from the factory.
On a different note, all caps are difficult to read. Maybe edit your post to take out the caps. It may help in getting you more responses.

He must have left his engine running on the floor with open ports..
Any pics or a diagram to show us where you're looking? Could these areas have helped during the drivetrain install at the factory?
