Anyone have this front strut.

Link to them https://www.cachassisworks.com/DataS...952_DS_WEB.pdf

I have Koni spa-1 adj. struts with Morrison coil over kit and Eibach springs. this looks like a big upgrade.

Very nice find Jerry. It will definately be the next struts and shocks I use, but the fronts I'll use without the coilovers.

I do still want to got to coilovers on the rear since I have welded in the provisions for it a few years back. I have a Koni yellow with a squeaky rubber I bushing and a screwed up I thread mount so I can not remove it- cheap *** threads that Koni does and I didn't catch it before I threaded the nut onto it. Pain in the rear (pun intended). Any rain and I have to climb under there and try to lub it best I can. I am definately going to solid mount shocks next to get rid iof the shock bushing squeak and low motion play.

Very good find.

Any idea what the price range for the non-coversion strut is? I found the price for the coil-over conversion, but nothing for just the strut.

John, it appears to me that the $875.00 price tag is just for the two front struts without the springs. They only have the spring pictured for display, you buy them separately if you want that route.

How I figured this is I looked at the rear SHOCK coilovers compared to the smooth bodies. They are the same $648.00 per pair for those based on whether you want threaded body or smooth- then you buy the springs separate if choosing the threaded coilovers style.

For just under $1500 you can get all aluminum double adjustable struts and shocks- decent price.

Heck, go to Penske aluminum 4ways and you are looking at over $4000 for 4 shocks, noit 2 shocks, two struts. Struts are more expensive.

I didn't see any pricing for springs or hardware on that though. I saw the pricing for Double vs single adjustable, but it was listed on the coil-over conversion section of their e-store. I was not able to find them listed any other way. Guess we will likely need to call or e-mail to get a final answer.

(Dean, yes I realise it is a descent price point, I was just wondering what kind of price point these were at, as in, if it would have the pricetag of something like a Penske. (Am I the only one who gets wood, thinking about the Penske parts. ))

Just called them and the price is for struts, springs and hardware the complete coil over setup. $650 single and $875 double. Now the bad news is it's a product that has not been made yet, He told me to call at the end of November to order with a ship date in the first of next year. This sounds like a BBK type sales job to me.
