Power Steering
2 questions:
1) 1992 RS VIN E - power steering much harder to turn than in my 1990 RS VIN E, but still power-assisted (definitely not as hard to turn as a manual box). Why? The 1992 has 16in wheels, the 1990 has 15 - I wouldn't think that would matter noticeably. Needs a new pump?
2) What's the sensor-looking thingy on the power steering line - what does it do? It has a 2-wire connector.
