If you just want stock replacement feel I would do MOOG replacement springs and some OEM replacement struts/shocks from the local parts store (Monroe brand or something similar). If you wanted it to ride better than OEM replacement I would go for some semi-good aftermarket struts/shocks for those MOOG springs, somewhere in the $150-250 a set range. Also consider replacing the bushings if they are shot, this really affects the quality of the ride (along with the struts/shocks).

If you've got the money, do a complete suspension rebuild. Once you're already replacing all four springs & dampers, it's only ~$150 to replace all the bushings with ES polygraphite units. I did this and it felt like I gained about 30 HP off line line because everything was so tight.
