relocation brackets ?

do i really need them? my z28 isn't a daily driver... but i drive it all the time, if you know what i mean.next year i plan on running at the dragstrip (eddyville,Ia)but i also want to take it to a road course.
any info would be helpful !

Axle/Gears: Ford 9"/31 spline spool/4.86
They're a tuning aid. They act like the lower links of a 4 link system. By changing the angle, you change the anti-squat location of the car's rear suspension geometry.

Under normal situations you want the LCA to be level with the ground. If you lower the suspension, the LCA will be angled down at the front. Relocation brackets will correct the geometry.

do you mount them on the frame side or the rearend side .
does anybody have a picture of these mounted

mounted on the axle. do a search, these are super common.
