Ok dont laugh...C4 Wheels on 3rdGen?
I know its been done, but mostly with 4th gen and C5 wheels.
These I believe are the later model C4 wheels that are supposed to be 17X9.5 all around with directional blades. Reason I'm contemplating is that all the tires that came on my car are almost done and who wouldnt like a nice set of wheels right?
The owner is not far from me and is asking for 200 bucks with some I guess worn tires that would at least roll for awhile.
I'll try and post a pic.
I cant seem to find any pics of these on 3rd gens and believe me I searched alot on here. Will they look like crap or like gold?

The sawblade wheels look good for Corvette stockers. And $50 each is not a bad price.
The 1991-1992 Vettes used those wheels. My neighbor has a Hunter Green '91.
I am not sure, but I believe the offset is 56mm, so you would need 2.25" spacers.

I'm running a set of those on the rear for my drift car w/ 2" adapters from Skulte. If you clean them up they can be nice, will depend on the condition of the wheels. They are polishable. For mine I dont care about looks in this application so didnt matter.

Well they are supposed to be decent shape...the first pic I posted is the wheels that are for sale, just he went to C5 wheels on that car.
Would I be looking at rub city on the front of the car being so wide? I'd rather have the 8.5 front units but obviously I dont get a choice here. Right now they are supposed to have 275/40s all around as well.
I like the look of the wheels but just afraid that maybe they would look totally goofy or what. I know the other day I saw a 4th gen running what I think was the vette wheels before these in the 80s and it pretty much looked like crap. Style totally didnt go together. I remember seeing the sawblades on some custom chevy trucks in mags and stuff and they looked good.
I dont suppose you could get me a pic of what your drift car looks like on the rear with those wheels? That'd really help alot
