I have a set of spohn sfc's for my car and want to install them while my car is upside down on the rottisirie.

In the instructions they tell you to jack the car up and place the stands under the suspension, so its loaded. My guess is that if you place them anywhere else the car may flex into a different position do to all the weight.

My car is completely stripped and attached to the rottiserie at both bumper supports. Will it be ok to put the sfc's on now, or wait for a while, till i get everything else done on the car.

I don't know exactly how much difference it would make, but I'd wait until it was on the ground with the suspension loaded.

You'll definitely want to install them withthe suspension under load!
