Fitting sfc to 87 Formula with Gale Banks 3" exhaust system

Engine: 305 Quadrajet,
Transmission: 700R4
Axle/Gears: 9bolt now in, starting on body work
Fitting sfc to 87 Formula with Gale Banks 3" exhaust system
I was planning on installing sub frame connecters on my Bird which already has a Gale Banks 3" exhaust system and there appears to be no room on the right side of the car for a sfc. Anybody else running the Gale Banks sytem?
I might be able to get a 1x3 inch square tube above the pipe(maybe!) but nothing along the body flange hanging down. Looking for suggestions.

I'm running the Banks cat-back setup with SSM sub frame connectors... No prob. with the cat back but the subs are tight on my SLP Y pipe.. good luck
