simplest way would be to go to a Jyard and get the sway bars off of any of the higher performance V8 cars camaro or firebird. and then just do a complete suspention rebuild with this Spohn Performance, Inc. for the steering, and this Spohn Performance, Inc. for the suspention. that will give you a nearly new suspention. you will need V8 springs. you could get some off of a Jyard car but i would get new ones if i were doing it. or if ya wanna pick and choose what to upgrade just search around on the sponsor sites to the side of the page. Another thing you should really do is SFCs to stiffen your car up. these cars were loose from the factory but add atleast 13 years of fatigue and its gonna have the stiffness of a wet noodle. I have been working on rebuilding my V6 car and the only real difference is the stronger springs needed to hold the heavier V8 up.

the panhard bar is a steering box frame brace. it just prevents that part of the frame from cracking and also acts like a lower strut tower bar. sfc= subframe connectors..basically to connect front and rear subframes on these unibody cars.
second, i wouldn't put the v8 RS springs into your car because they suck. find some IROC or Z28 springs that have double the spring rate. or get eibachs.

That just depends on what you consider sucking is though. It's a huge difference in ride quality going from the rs sets to eibach's or z28 springs. Most are about double the spring rate as the rs springs.
I myself would rather keep my rs springs from what i'v heard and been told. Either way though it's a big compromise. Both ways can be fixed with the correct shock and strut setup though.

If it were me, I would do something stronger than the L03.
But, as for suspension, I'd do the wonder bar, bigger sway bars, some IROC or Z28 springs at least. The RS are soft and really mushy with the age on them.
You can get most of the parts from the Moog kit Spohn sells from Napa, though. And for less, I think. But, the poly is a must.

Thanks man!! The stripes are painted on, they're not the decal set. I just took some pictures of the stripes to the guy that painted it. They're not perfect, but I like them. The red is pretty on them, but with my dark t-tops and 5% window tint, black was th way to go.

I just thought about this, but I am parting a WS6 Formula. I still have the stock WS6 springs from it. If you are interested in them, PM me. They are (as far as I know) equivalent to the Z28 or IROC springs. Be better than the RS springs, but not as expensive as the Eibachs or other aftermarket sets by a long shot.

The wonderbar is a steering box brace. It will prevent cracking of that area. The wonderbar and SFC's are a must. Try to locate 36mm hollow front and 24mm rear sway bars. Don't bother with used springs as a final solution. Finally, use the search function on this site--you'll find a ton of useful info.

Not trying to hijack, but I thought that the big rear bars were 22mm. Or is that the F41 bars? The rear bar from a WS6 car should be 24mm, then right?
