I plan to lower the front, by cutting the springs temporarily. I eventually will get the coil overs, and maybe dropped spindles. Havent decided. The suspension is bone stock, right now. I want to lower it about 1/2" to 3/4". And Im working on a paint job this summer too. So please dont hate. Its a maaco job from the previous owner
Are you using those for everyday use? Be careful as it will take almost no effort to bend one, with some of the bad streets out there. Also, do not use them for any kind of autocrossing. What size are the front rims? Hard to tell from the pic, but I,m guessing either 4", or 6" wide.
Very nice though, as I use the same on my car.

Thanks. They are 4" fronts, tires are 165s. I had to check to make sure they were street legal. And I know they are easy to bend. Im being careful. I do use them everyday, but its only 19 miles to work, and about 15 of that is highway. I was worried about the handling at first, but it seems okay. I go easy around corners. And the rear tires dont hydroplane near as bad as I expected. Front end is alot easier to steer. To the point of being almost flighty on the freeway. Never scary, just different.
Not to get off the wheel topic, but the previous owners paint job just looks a bit flat. Maybe you can use some rubbing compound, and a buffer to get a bit of shine out of it, until you get it repainted. Just my

Thanks but, its beyond buffing. It even changes color when wet. It has alot of bad spots. I work at an Aviation finishing station, and we have a huge paint booth. The owner and I have worked a deal, on paint, and I should be able to get it painted for about $500, or less. The cost of paint is the only cost Ill pay, and he is gonna meet me halfway. Itll be going back original, the ultra blue metallic, or 98U, I think. Small steps. Hoping to get it done by the end of summer.
Thats cool, you get to work out a deal. I thought it was "teal" like my cars color. Looking at your first pic, looks like I'm looking at my wheel, and fender. Who knows, maybe you will get it done before the summer is over.
