Can't seem to get lug nuts off

Ok kinda embarrasing asking something so simple but, I can't seem to get my lug nuts off. I had a guy do some repair on the underbody and when he put the wheels back on, for some reason he only put 3 lugs on all the wheels and tightened them as hard as he could with an air compressor. I went to take em off to do some brake work and I couldn't get any of them off. I stopped because I started to chew the lug nuts. I can't seem to get em off and was wondering if anyone had any advice for me. As you can see in the attached pic the nuts have been shaved a little from my efforts and I dont want to make them any worse. Thanks guys. P.S sorry for the blurriness of the pics.

First, make sure you have a good quality socket (6 sided) 1/2 drive. Use a long cheater bar and pull like crazy. If they are already torn up, you can buy removal sockets. I had to use them on my firebird because it had locking lugs on it and no key . Might want to ask your mechanic what he did and why?

Have you tried lubricating the nut/stud with PB blaster or WD 40? Use a six sided 1/2 inch drive socket and a long breaker bar to loosen the nuts after the studs have soaked a while.
