Suspension advice

I am looking to get the best suspension parts possible for my vert. Please give me suggestions on the best stuff for my car like sfc's, lca's, torque arm, shocks, struts, sway bars, etc. I have done searches but everyone has a different opinion and I couldn't figure out what parts really are the best. My car is going to be occasionsaly street driven, track driven, but im looking for the best handling i can get. Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Personally I like the Spohn stuff. As for shocks and struts. I would run Bilstiens.

Didn't verts come with SFC from the factory is was that for 4th gens only?

But yea, Spohn's is the way to go IMO. I got SFC, adjustable TA/T56 crossmember combo, and boxed LCA from them, and installing them was a breeze because everyting lined up perfectly, and the finish on them was great.

I have pictures of when I did the upgrades last April here: http://www.rbvracing.com/gallery2/v/AprilUpgrades/

Oh also if I were to buy suspension again I would go with heim joints over poly bushings.
