im not a professional by any means when it comes to tires and rims, but my wheels have a 4.5? back spacing and there might be an inch more that they could possible be set in before they hit the wheel well in the rear., you would probably need spacers
7" bs would be way too much without spacers. - There's a thread stickied at the top of this forum with wheel fitment specs.
TT2's...just like everyone else........after scanning through the members' rides a little while I began to wonder if they were a factory option.....

Assuming you have a 3rd gen vehicle I would highly doubt it.
I just finished updating my rims on my car not too long ago, and like most of us, put the widest thing in the back I could get within buget. I had to stick with 8" wide rims, though you might be able to squeeze 1/2 inch or more. The problem is not just your rims but finding tires to put on those rims. The tires in general will always be slightly wider than the rims at their thickest point. So you get your 9.5 rims then slap a pair of tires on it, and wow you are up to 10.5. You add your spacers to clear the inner fender well, and surprise surprise, your tires stick out past your wheel wells. So unless you plan to turn your car into a low rider, then 9.5s aren't the best choice in rim widths.
Trust me, I made this mistake back in the day.
And all this is just assuming you are only talking about the rear wheels.
